Event: Baltimore City Police Department Testing

Police Officer (Job Order # MD0272405) patrols an assigned post by foot and by motor vehicle in a police district to prevent and discover the commission of crime, to maintain order and to protect life and property applying sound independent judgment in accordance with State and local laws and Baltimore Police Department rules, policies and procedures. Work of this class involves no supervisory duties or supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be at least 20 years and six months of age. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver’s license (Maryland driver’s can’t have 3 or more points on driving record). No criminal convictions (guilty verdicts); any prior arrests must be expunged/sealed. No pending court cases (civil or criminal). No DWI/DUI arrests or citations in the last 5 years.
