Job: Assistant Director of Risk Management Education

- 3-4 years Duties will include: assuming the responsibility for creating and conducting risk management educational programs to include formal presentations, interactive web-based programs, newsletters and maintenance of MMCIP website and the online incident reporting system; overseeing the physician compliance with MMCIP`s staff`s educational needs and will supervise the performance of the Risk Management Educator and Administrative Assistant; and other duties as assigned. Qualified applicants will possess: Master`s degree; 3-5 years clinical experience required; evidence of supervisory education and ability; evidence of having conducted educational programs; prior risk management experience and knowledge of applicable state and federal requirements; reasonable computer skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; mature judgment and ability to work independently when required; good attendance record/excellent references; willingness to travel to different work sites; flexible and easily adapts to changing professional and business environment.
