Maintain and monitor financial data on programs and disseminates financial status to Program Management, Cost Account Manager, and Division Management. Interpret and analyze data to ensure that program budget objectives are achieved. Provide well researched/supported financial reports in accordance with FAR clauses and Company policy and procedures. Review MS Project scheduling for projects. Interpret and analyze data to ensure that program budge objectives are achieved. Projects most probable EAC's using various financial tools, including earned value indices. Work requires independent judgment and sound decision making. Research and extract data from various sources to support the review and analysis process.

* Proficiency in utilization of personal computers.

* Knowledge of Standard Cost Accounting principles.

* Working Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.

* Ability to work independently.

* Knowledge of Program management skills.

* Ability to analyze and interpret data.

* Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.



Required Experience
Typically requires five to eight years of experience with a bachelor's degree from an accredited school. Minimum 5 years experience in Earned Value Management required.
