Facilities/Mailroom Clerk position for our client in downtown Baltimore
Long term temporary position.
8:30a-5:30p Monday-Friday
Candidate must be available to interview in Columbia and start work immediately!!
*Will not consider candidates without steady work history including at least
1 year recent mailroom and/or facilities experience.
MAINLY MAILROOM DUTIES: RECEIVING MAIL AND PACKAGES; UPS/FEDEX PACKAGES
STOCKING PAPER ON SHARED PRINTERS
RESPOND TO FACILITY ISSUES (JAMMED DESK, DRAWER, PRINTER JAM ETC)
SET UP AV EQUIPMENT AND CONFERENCE ROOMS FOR MEETINGS.
HANDLE INVENTORY FOR SUPPLIES AND CALL PURCHASING PERSON TO ORDER SUPPLIES IF NEEDED.
***THIS IS A VERY VISIBLE POSITION.
