Job: Software Instructor/Trainer

Include Software is seeking an experienced Software Instructor/Trainer to join our Client Care team and play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are able to use our ERP software effectively and efficiently on an ongoing basis. Travel is generally not required. This position is located in our office near BWI Airport. Please note that our office is scheduled to relocate in early 2010 to Columbia, Maryland.

In this position, you will:

* Conduct training programs for clients, as well as internal employees in the use of Include Software applications
* Work as a team member with our client care and development team to deliver training to clients on Include Software product(s)
* Contribute to training strategies and development of tactics and tools
* Conduct needs assessments, formulate project plans, analyze and identify methodologies and improve existing training materials as necessary
* Assist and support in the development of internal curriculum and training programs as well as the development of customer training and certification programs
* Develop deliverables including lesson plans, learner guides, instructor guides, and presentation materials
* Continue efforts in support of future software version releases

* 1 - 5 years of related experience in delivery of software training
* Strong background in the delivery of enterprise software stand-up training
* Experience with learning theories, and effective instructional and delivery strategies
* Identify and write course objectives
* Recruit, manage, and facilitate SMEs to extract appropriate motivating training content
* Apply appropriate instructional strategies
* Create assessment and testing tools
* Evaluate learning activities for effectiveness
* Experience with publishing and authoring tools, html editors, online content, web based training and limited programming
* Experience with developing software training programs a plus.
* An understanding of the e-learning industry or online content a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
* A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to represent Include Software in a professional and positive manner
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Ability to work within employee teams
* Project management experience a plus
