We are currently seeking a talented transportation professional to join our growing Dispatch team! This is an outstanding opportunity to build a successful career with a company that can offer stability and advancement!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Routing showroom and home deliveries in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center
•Supervise performance of the dispatch team so that business objectives are optimally achieved
•Supervise daily tasks such as response or appointment time frame compliance and routing
•Monitor and forecast daily delivery volume and expense
•Maintain schedules of Independent Carriers
•Additional responsibilities as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:
•2-3 years experience as a Dispatch Lead or Supervisor
•Residential deliveries experience a plus
•Must have strong computer knowledge and excellent communication skills
•Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
•Home delivery routing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
•Must have exceptional time management and organizational skills
•Strong geographic knowledge of surrounding areas
•Descarte/Rimms routing software knowledge a plus
