Job: Sales Associate - AutoMall

MileOne, Heritage Mazda in Bel Air is seeking a Sales Associate who will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; and closing sales. We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Offers test drives to all prospects
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Superior customer service skills
• Auto sales experience a distinct plus – but we will train the right person***

Required Education:
• High school diploma or the equivalent
