Job: Sales Associate - Base Salary + Bonus

MileOne, Heritage Chrysler Dodge & Jeep in Parkville, MD is seeking Sales Associates who will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned cars. We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment.

We are selling over 100 cars per month and don’t have enough Associates to assist our customers!

We offer base salaries of up to $500 per week, plus commission and monthly unit bonuses!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Offers test drives to all prospects
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Outstanding communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Superior customer service skills
• Auto sales experience a distinct plus – but we will train the right person***

Required Education:
• High school diploma or the equivalent
