Electrical Engineer I (6310)
Tracking Code 6310 Electronic Manufacturing Engineering. Provide support in the electronics manufacturing environment, including printed circuit board assembly, cable and module technologies. Interfaces with design engineering for DFM. Develops manufacturing plans at detail and overview levels. Interfaces with design engineering, shop floor operators and suppliers to resolve issues. Investigates and implements procedure, process and tooling improvements. Investigates and justifies capital equipment requirements. Works closely with manufacturing to assure build ability to attain cost goals. Skills / Requirements
Ability to analyze complex specifications, drawings, procedures and schematics. Ability to locate, analyze and effectively resolve manufacturing issues. Must be fluent with Microsoft Office products. Effective written and oral communication skills. Excellent technical writing skills a plus. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance. Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering. One to two years of co-op/intern experience in a manufacturing engineering discipline in a DoD environment perferred. This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
