Jobing Description
We are a local industrial distributor seeking a person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn for our shipping/receiving department. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, interacting with our customers and vendors and processing orders both incoming and outgoing. Applicant must have strong computer skills and be able to work independently and under some pressure at times. Experience in customer service and inventory management is required. Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.

Skills / Requirements
Minimum 2 years customer service/inventory management experience
Microsoft Word, Excel
High school diploma or equivalency
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
Must be able to work with a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds
Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
