Job Summary
The Project Manager shall be responsible for quality control and oversight of the work performed under a particular task and /or task order; be knowledgeable of all ongoing projects within that task; and serve as the primary point of contact to report to the Program Manager on the progress of projects. Requires ability to plan, organize and explain the elements of a task, develop a plan to ensure that all projects associated with the task are accomplished and that all documentation associated with a project is assembled and ready for review and approval. Ability to manage projects and personnel in dynamic and complex environments.
 
  • Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
  • Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
  • Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
  • Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.

Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS +8 years of relevant experience or AA/AS +10 years of relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • PMP Preferred
  • Extensive Experience with Federal Contracts
  • Responsible for P&L
