    Position Description

    The Technical Account Manager organizes, facilitates, and documents engagement activities, including end-user and customer engagement and PECOS 2.0 stakeholder collaboration through focus groups, user group meetings and regular email communications. This person will also work with technical design leads to ensure that all UI designs, workflow and user interactions is created with the full scope of the user’s needs in mind.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Organize, lead, and document user engagement collaboration sessions for designated scrum team to capture the full scope of user needs.
    • Work closely with CMS and program leadership to prioritize and organize customer engagement activities
    • Compliance with any Contract Statement of Work (SOW) or Deliverable Requirements
    • Provide training outreach and generate education documents and presentations.
    • Collaborate with multiple levels of stakeholder, customer and project team to ensure technical solutions align to the full-scope of user needs.
    • Work closely with the scrum team business analysts and UX/UI designers to ensure that (1) the end-user’s needs are being meet and (2) that the product meets the customer’s expectations
    • Stay Abreast of Program Integrity (PI) Initiatives for Medicare Provider Enrollment Requirements
    • Facilitate Communication Between End-User and GDIT Contract Management and/or Stakeholders
    • Responds to Any Communication, Questions or Concerns in a Timely Manner
    • Able to successful manage multiple engagement efforts, across different stakeholder or persona groups, simultaneously, during multiple sprints of a Program Increment (PI)

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or other related field or 7 years of equivalent experience

    Qualifications

    Required Education, Experience, and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or other related field or 7 years of equivalent experience
    • 7 years of project management experience, supporting and driving continuous improvement
    • 3 years of experience with corporate communications and Organizational Change Management
    • 4 years of client services/hands-on stakeholder management

    Desired Education, Experience, and Skills

    • US citizen or a Green Card holder
    • Health Care Industry or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience (3-5 yrs. preferred)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish
    • Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
    • Experience working with UX/UI Designers to support UX Research efforts
    • Product marketing and brand awareness experience (3 – 5 yrs. preferred)

    Conditions

    Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
